Dear Goddess, please give me strength...

I ask not for myself but so I may hold up those I love in this time of crisis and need.

I ask for guidance so that I may know the right things to say or when to simply say nothing at all.

I ask for peace for those who are suffering and can no longer cope.

I ask for understanding in the need for all this illness and suffering that surrounds us.

I ask for knowledge in all that I know I'm supposed to learn from this time in life.

But most of all dear Goddess, I ask for love... 

For those who shall leave these earthly confines to know how much they are loved by those they leave behind.  

For those left behind to know the one who has gone in body shall always remain in the heart.

Please grant these troubled spirits the freedom to go to their chosen blessed place.

Where they feel neither the sting of pain and loss but rather pure love and acceptance.
Where sure health and happiness forever reigns.

May they soar among the eagles, ride the breeze through the trees and surf the waters of the rivers created by thy mother.
